The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as pages called up or names of files called up, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without these data being directly related to your person. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
processing of personal data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed. The processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, transfer, procurement, deletion, storage, modification, destruction and use of personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. If and to the extent that the EU GDPR is applicable, we also process personal data on the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
lit. b) Processing of personal data to fulfill a contract with the data subject and to carry out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject under applicable EU law or under the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
lit. f) Processing of personal data to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject do not prevail. The legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term storage obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.
With SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ""http://"" to ""https://"" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Without SSL/TLS encryption
Please note that data transmitted over an open network such as the Internet or an e-mail service without SSL encryption can be viewed by anyone. You can recognize an unencrypted connection by the fact that ""http://"" appears in the address line of the browser and no lock symbol is displayed in your browser line. Information transmitted over the Internet and content received online may be transmitted over third party networks. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communications or materials transmitted over such open or third party networks. If you disclose personal information over an open third-party network or networks, you should be aware that your information may be leaked or potentially viewed by third parties and, as a result, the information may be collected and used without your consent. Although in many cases the individual data packets are transmitted in encrypted form, the names of the sender and recipient are not. Even if the sender and recipient are in the same country, the data transfer via such networks often takes place uncontrolled via third countries, ie also via countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as your country of domicile. We assume no responsibility for the security of your data when it is transmitted over the Internet and reject any liability for direct or indirect damage. We ask you to use other means of communication if you consider it necessary or useful for security reasons.
Despite extensive technical and organizational security precautions, it is possible that data can be lost or intercepted and/or manipulated by unauthorized persons. As far as possible, we take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent this within our system. However, your computer is outside the security perimeter that we control. It is your responsibility as a user to find out about the necessary security precautions and to take appropriate measures. As the operator of the website, we are in no way liable for damage that you incur as a result of data loss or manipulation.
Data that you enter in online forms can be passed on to authorized third parties for the purpose of order processing and can be viewed by them and processed if necessary.

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function is used to present interest-based advertising to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when he visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these websites, the visitor can be shown advertising that relates to content that the visitor has previously viewed on websites that use Google's remarketing function.
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland ""Google""). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing. The query includes the transmission of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. Your data can also be transferred to the USA. For data transfers to the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the ""Privacy Shield"". Google participates in the ""Privacy Shield"" and has submitted to the requirements. By confirming the query, you agree to the processing of your data. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.
Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and the associated data protection regulations can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form so that they cannot be linked to a specific person. If the data collected about you can be assigned to a person, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your end device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, ie you must set the opt-out cookies again if you want to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.
