Kate Maguire

Kate is from Bourne in Lincolnshire and studied Business Studies at Staffordshire University. This was followed by a handful of years in the marketing industry before the big move to Switzerland in 2002.

 

Kate has lived in Riehen for 17 years with her husband and two children. During this time she has worked at local international and language schools and volunteered at various local charities. After a break from teaching Kate completed her TEFL and young learners certificate in 2018.

 

In her spare time she loves to read, do yoga, go running and make plans for her house in England by the sea.
