AWE is proud to be an Authorized Cambridge Exam Preparation Center.

Once each year, we welcome Cambridge examiners into our classrooms so that AWE students can take their exams in a comfortable and familiar environment.  

Cambridge Young Learners English Exams:  3 levels  Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, and A2 Flyers Designed for children ages 7 - 12.

They are run by  Cambridge Assessment English – a part of the University of Cambridge. We contact our students with the relevant exam information. AWE also prepares older students to take the next level of Cambridge Exams: A2 KET (Key for Schools), B1 PET (Preliminary for Schools), and B2 FCE (First for Schools). These are for children 12 and older. AWE students must take these at a local Cambridge Exam center location. Before taking the exams, your child’s teacher will help them familiarize themselves with the format. You can also help your child prepare for the exam by reviewing the work from class and ensuring all homework is completed.
