Lou is from the south of England and earned her degree in Psychology at Portsmouth Polytechnic. After living and working for several years in London Lou moved to Basel in 2001.

Both Lou's children attended Ahead with English, the eldest being one of the first children to enroll when the school started in 2005. Having seen her children flourish in the relaxed and happy atmosphere at AWE, Lou is thrilled to be a small part of the school today.

Lou's hobbies include walking her dog, reading and Ettingen Fasnacht.
